My name is Tracy. I am honored to have this opportunity to practice intensive psychotherapy as
a clinical associate with Counseling Without Walls & Seiyu Institute for Health & Training. Since my basic training in
EMDR therapy I have witnessed transformational healing in clients that I have had the privilege
of working alongside.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling in 2013. I have
clinical and case management experience in both community mental health and a hospital
diversion residential setting. In recent years, my work has revolved around substance use
disorders. In addition to private practice, I work in an outpatient substance use disorder treatment program in New Hampshire.
Through my professional work and my life experience I understand that lives can be shaped by
past experiences, present existence, and ideas of our future self. I know that these can co-exist
between conflict and doubt. But, I believe that each of us holds the power to manifest the life we
wish to live by facing and working through things we can no longer ignore. I believe that by
integrating the mind and body we can start to heal parts of ourselves that have been detached
or neglected, preventing us from healing. My approach is non-judgmental with a focus on
acceptance and connection.
